The site of an old chain-works, we encountered difficulties with existing obstructions, difficult ground conditions and levels. The adjacent canal was also refurbished as part of the works and new boundary retaining walls were constructed.
The store has a 60k sales area and is on stilts with car parking under. The service yard is also suspended over the car park and supports GOL, sprinkler tank and biomass boiler.
