kirksaunders were initially appointed by the school to provide Structural and Civil Engineering services and were then novated to the successful design and build contractor with works to commence on site January 2013.
The structure consists of a traditional steel frame, holorib type insitu reinforced concrete first floor on ground bearing foundations.
The site is challenged by poor drainage which necessitates the need for significant drainage measures by the introduction of rainfall attenuation in the design.
